'Intelligent Speed Assistance' (ISA) mandatory in EU from 2022 onwards.

See the European Commission press release of March 26, 2019 here.

Leave it to the EU to find yet another way to control your life. The next step will be to not be able to disable it.

You ask for a nanny state with free healthcare.... then you get nanny state controls. You can't expect the government to pay for medical injuries from car crashes and not expect them to want to limit those cost by decreasing the dangers.

We are over regulated as it is, and it will only get worse, government is always looking to add more regulations and taxes they never reverse any of that. Makes me sick.

How are they going to detect the differences between the signs that are in mph & km/h if you going from one country to an other ? Is GPS from the manufacturer going to be mandatory to have this function ?
