Can I ask does the update have to be put on a specific folder on a usb or does the usb have to be a particular file format? Am trying to update my car and have downloaded 2019/3 from the download manager but nothing at all is happening when I put usb into the car.

The website will do this for you automatically. But yes it puts it in the root and if you already have files on there, it will move all of them off to a subdirectory.

Just follow the prompts

You will need a 64gb usb drive.

Have just put my usb into the cup holder usb and it picked up that there was a new map and offered to install it. After that it took about 30 mins to install.

Upgraded non this morning, no issues at all . Slow to download from website and about 40mins to install in the car.
