Head lights
Am I the only one who is missing the F10 LCI hexagon lights? seems like BMW has gone away from them in the 5 series to two lines, looking more like a Kia Optima then a BMW

The headlights are probably the saddest departure on the LCI. You no longer have the signature BMW style that makes them standout really well at night.

Have a look at the ix. You can see the evolution to very thin headlights. Round angel eyes wouldn't work. In fact the DRL are just tiny ticks.
Also look at the dashboard and you can see that id7 is a half way house from id6 to id8 on the ix |

The whole 2020+ design changes from BMW, across multiple lines, are just jokes. The stupid vertical grills, none-angel eye headlights, and even the new digital cockpit are unnecessary changes that were implemented just for the sake of changing something. The original designs were so much better and eye-pleasing. The move away from the angel eyes makes BMW lose the iconic headlights that define the BMW brand. Don't even get me started on the crazy bucktooth grills - ugly, ugly, ugly!
