Our 2022 G30 B58 was born today. We're just a little excited. Ordered Aug 28th and hoping to do Performance Center Delivery ASAP.

I may lean on you for some aesthetic mod advice ........ I know a badge delete is in our future and almost certainly some spacers, then maybe a piggyback and even a down pipe .....

BMW offered production photo/video snippets for a short time for a model or two built in Spartanburg. I think it was the X3. Not sure why it ended and wasn't expanded.

Could be the concept that you're better off not seeing what goes on in the kitchen. Like your favorite eatery. Lol

One week later and no movement. Just got off with Darcy from BMW Genius, she couldn't give me any real update but I dd ask if a "Stop Sale" was a possibility once the car arrived in the US and she said no. If there was a stop sale it would have already been noted. So some good news anyway.

Were you able to see the progress updating in a timely manner when it began production? Mine started to produce on 10/14 but no updates so far.

Just FYI: My M550 entered the production queue on 10/5, quality check on 10/22, and dispatched from the factory today. Things moved quickly after production began.

In the queue on 10/5 and production started on 10/17. It is now at the port at Bremerhaven. Once production began, things happened fast.

Initially, things moved quickly, especially through paint and production. Looks like I'm sitting waiting for a ship, or, maybe still waiting at the factory for a train to a ship? Maybe it's already on a ship. Nothing really to do but sit and wait I guess.

Maybe its the fact that we need a ship to Port Charleston or wherever PDC cars get off-loaded.

You should get notification that you have been "Dispatched from Factory" and then a notification when you are "At the Port". I've been sitting in the port of Bremerhaven since 10/14 watching a lot of ships heading to Baltimore without my car. Frustrating to say the least.
