Nice looking. Manufacturers need to stop the trend of spelling out the model on the tailgate.

Front looks a lot better than the Tundra.
The giant Toyota over the glovebox in the TRD version is absolutely disgusting. |

Toyota knows what they are doing.
Love the two tier rear load floor, from the turn of the century 4Runner. Cool feature. Need to fully digest what’s going on here. |

Toyota is on a roll, a lot of their newer designs are quite stunning.
Wish I could say the same about BMW. |

This thing looks like an absolute beast. It looks like if you hit it with a rocket launcher it wouldn't even scratch.

Personally, I'm a big Toyota truck/SUV fan, they make such amazing DD's, even though the MPG is usually not so great. There's something great about knowing you drive some of the most bulletproof cars out there. I miss my Tundra big time.

Looks much better than the new Tundra, even though it's styled similarly it looks much more balanced. Should be good competition for the Tahoe and Expedition, which the old Sequoia hasn't been competitive with for a decade.

Please elaborate on which of their models are "stunning". I think Toyota has made strides in design in that their vehicle no longer are the blandest on the planet but outside of the Supra or maybe the GR86 I don't see anything close to stunning. This doesn't look bad but stunning isn't a word I would use to describe what's essentially a large, boxy SUV with a monster grille.

This new Sequoia is stunning to me, maybe I'm just old with kids but I was watching the whole video with my mouth open and a little drool running down the side. |

I'm loving the look of this. I agree with some of the remarks about the branding on panels. Manufacturers need to stop putting the gaudy lettering on everything. Just keep it clean and simple. Nobody gives a shit to see the name splattered everywhere, we want to see the clean design panels (my opinion of course).

- two speed t/case and optional rear locker - 9k lb towing capacity - semi aniline leather option - real walnut trim Dislikes: - hybrid is the only powertrain option, looking for the ICE only version Observation: - wide range of options and models with no mention of content restrictions due to chip supply. Has Toyota solved the situation for themselves? Last edited by chassis; 01-26-2022 at 04:23 PM.. |

I know I'm in the minority here but I will never fully understand why we Americans love these gaudy offensively large skyscraper on wheels.
I like the handsome rugged looks and proportions, sure, but all these massive SUVs are just overkill IMO. |
