Anyone attempted to remove this trim without taking bumper off .

There is a post in this forum for it. The two tabs accessed via the wheel well is the biggest pain about it. Careful because you can easilly damage the fender tabs. I used a long flathead in a rag but wish now I just spent the 15 bucks on a trim kit tbh.

Those should be easier than the grey ones on my M550. Ppl have said those were more difficult to move. Good luck!

Thanks for the link I have seen this thread too but that’s for Pre LCI and I have looked I could see two tabs through wheel arch but other tabs at front are huddled on LCI unlike Pre LCI where you could see front tabs too

I have tried to pry it out from front it did come out one side so will try again on weekend

Appreciate your help mate

Thats cool. Whatever you do, get a good trim kit for like 15 bucks on Amazon. Those things come in handy for multiple reasons. Made life easier taking off the front bumper and putting in my intakes today.

Can you post a pic underneath the front of the trim? Not sure what you mean by huddled.

Anyone happen to have the OEM part numbers of these trim pieces? One of my stock gloss black got hit by a rock and took a chunk out. I've been trying to find a replacement, but can only find the pre-LCI without the parking sensor hole...

EDIT after a little more searching it appears this part number is 51119852171/51119852172

I'm going to attempt it myself. Since it's already broken, I'm not worried about destroying the original. I'll report back with how (un)successful I am.
