Item Interest

I am looking for someone to assume the lease on a 2006 BMW 330i Sport - monthly lease payment of $557.59. The remaining lease term is 20 months, and the total miles allowed are 30,000. There are currently 9800 miles on the vehicle.

I custom ordered this vehicle from BMW in April of 2006 with the following options:

The original MSRP of $42,890.15 included:
6 cyl engine - 255hp
6 speed manual transmission
Mystic Blue metallic exterior
Black vinyl interior (I can't tell the difference from leather)
Sport Package with 18" wheels
Star Spoke (#162) alloy wheels, 18 x 8.0 front, 18x 8.5 rear; 225/40R-18 front, 255/35R-18 rear run-flat performance tires
8-way power front sport seats (includes 2-way headrests and thigh support)
3-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function sport steering wheel with audio and accessory phone controls
Sport suspension calibration
3-stage heated front seats (includes heated side bolsters)
Comfort Access
Lock and unlock the doors by touching the door handle
Turn the engine on or off by pressing the Start/Stop button without inserting the remote key.
BMW Navigation System with iDrive
SIRIUS Satellite Radio

Warranty
The vehicle is covered by BMW for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Tire/wheel warranty is included in monthly lease costs and will cover repair/replacement on the run flat tires ($450 a piece.


Service
The 15,000 mile service was performed early (at 9,000) by Classic BMW in Plano, TX. All service is included in cost of monthly lease payment.

End of Lease:
The residual value of the vehicle is $27,927.25 and can be purchased for that amount at the end of lease.

Should anyone wish to purchase the vehicle outright, the payoff amount today is $37,856.43.

Buyer will assume the lease for the remainder of the term (20 months). The buyer will pay all related transfer fees ($450), tax, title, tag, registration and shipping expenses. TX tags/inspection are good through 9/08

Lease assumption process: the buyer and I will contact BMW Financial Services("BMWFS"). BMWFS will walk the buyer through the lease assumption process, will run a standard consumer credit check on the buyer, and then will send the buyer forms for lease assumption (forms stating that you agree to pay the $557 per month for the remainder of the term). I have paid the lease through October 30th, 2007 - the buyer will pay any additional lease payments.
