It sure is tough getting the stock painted mirror covers off. Anyone have a tricks for removing them? Not as easy as it says it should be from IND. Thanks!

Garage List
I used the back end of a pry tool to get it off, but I broke a few tabs on the stock cap. It was really cold in my garage though, so I don't know if that was part of the reason. I couldn't get the caps off with my fingers.

Whatever you do, don't use the thin end of the pry tool and get it under the cap. The stock cap has a little lip that gets damaged if you push a pry tool in there.
