Question 530e B20A vs B20B engine identification

Hello, I've been searching for methods to determine the engine version of a pre-owned 530e, but I'm uncertain if the techniques used for the 330e are applicable to the 530e.

I'm aware that vehicles produced before June 2020 typically feature the 30i engine on the 3 series platform, or if there are two visible cooling tanks in the engine compartment, it's likely equipped with the B20B engine.

Could anyone confirm if these same methods are effective for identifying engine versions in the 5 series? Thank you.
