2020 540xi $72k msrp, 58% residual, $55k sales price. .00126 MF. 15k miles, 3 years. I am assuming sales tax is 6%, with their fees n all. Monthly is 845. Something don't seem right what m I missing. Any advice b helpful

Residual should be 55% for 15k miles and your MF is marked up - base MF is 0.00086. 6% sales tax is correct for VA.

Something doesn't add up. I've plugged everything in and there is no way you should have more than $800/month, even assuming the incentives are included in the selling price (I assumed the selling price is $58,750 before incentives; $55,000 including incentives). Even with that selling price, 55% RV, a fully marked up MF, $1k in dealer fees, and zero drive off, the payment is $799 including 6% VA tax.

Virginia sales tax on a car is 4.15% and not 6% btw.

Check the link below. Unless I've plugged in your figures incorrectly, your quote is way off. Also I'd double check the MF and RV for a 2020 MY in February 2021. Sounds like you're using 2021 MY lease rates, but honestly I haven't looked to see what 2020 MY are.
