I've determined none of this is predictable and it is luck of the draw where they send you. One of the guys who posted on here ordered his car the day mine was finished and awaiting carrier assignment. Noticed he had his car built, got dispatched, got on a boat before me.. 😬.

Hopefully just a few weeks but it can take quite a while I have seen. I still wonder wtf took my car so long. Good luck. 👍

Hah I just ordered the same. I was trying for the Michelin's but those rears are 4-6 weeks backordered every time I check... so DWS06's it is.. people seem to be fans of both!

Oh man, I ran into the same problem. I had a pair of the fronts and have been waiting on the rears to become available. Tire rack told me they aren’t sure that tire in the size I need will even be produced going forward. That’s when I sent it back and got these.

BMW can tell you the trucking company it's assigned to. Past that it's anybodies guess. Mine was LMR and they got it there a day earlier than the ETA.

I figured however long it took to drive yourself there, and add a day or day and half for their stops was a good rule of thumb.

Pretty exciting times. I'm about 12.5 hrs from the port. I'm guessing it was unloaded over the weekend. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll already be through customs come Monday!

One potential slowdown -- I am having CF mirrors and spoiler put on.

No clue, is it possible the holidays are slowing things down? If I were you, I'd be contacting my CA.

155 means you've made it past production, so they're really just waiting to assign it to a carrier (I think).

Thanks Alan. That's was a BIG relief! The rep at the BMW military sales has no idea why the delay is. Looks like I have to contend with a 70 plate just for a few days before the plate changes to 21!

Dang. BMW Genius still doesn't have confirmation it's arrived, even though it did several days ago. I'm wondering -- doesn't the car go directly to customs once its unloaded? If that's the case, maybe BMW isn't updated until customs clears it.

I'm honestly not sure. Mine arrived at port Friday and was at the dealer on Tuesday and delivered Tuesday.

Brunswick, GA only does vehicles, I'm not sure if your port does other things. Once it's assigned to a trucking company BMW NA can tell you.

So what wheels are you going with? I read on another post you are going to do some mods. Can't wait to see....
