Got a 5 Series Class 1 hitch from eTrailer. Curtis Wright.

Install was pretty straightforward but couple work arounds. M550i has muffler mounts on bumper plate post. I dropped my cast anchor mounts 3/16” to clear the hitch frame.

Highly recommend getting interior trim tools to remove trunk trim panels and push pins from bumper inner fascia plate.

I was worried the diffuser would be a problem... but it all worked out well with tools and adjustments.
