Hello, I love coasting function on Eco Pro mode, it kinda makes the journey more comfortable since the car is not really slowing down when I take my foot off the pedal, and I believe it saves fuel as the car rolls itself on high speed when I lift the throttle, while the engine is sort of idling.
However, I don't like the jerkiness of Eco Pro on low speed especially during stop and go traffic. I heard that Coasting is available on Comfort mode in G20. Does anyone know if it is possible to add Coasting function to Comfort or Comfort+? I know a thing or two about coding. Thank you |

I didn't realize this was a thing but I am following this now because I feel the same way about eco being too jerky at low speed but perfect on the highway due to the coasting.
I just tuned the car and that made me switch from always driving in eco to driving in comfort because of how fast the car shifted through the first few gears. Due to this post, I started using adaptive mode this morning in case that may allow for the coasting. |

Yes, I added Comfort+ couple of months ago, it literally changed the way the car reacts to throttle and braking, it's unbelievably smooth, i have no idea why customer needs to code this to activate. I really recommend Comfort+.

Do you have DHP w/ EDC by any chance? I'm curious if it also allows for extra soft dampeners on cars with adjustable suspension or if coding it will effect them adversely.

Try this coding: 1. DKOMBI: Segeln_in_Comfort_Modus — active 2. HU_MGU: Global_Conf_Sailing — active Eff_Dyn_Sailing — active Sailing_Counter — active |

Hi,
I would also like coasting in Comfort mode so tried coding as crew_member and Kandymany suggested, both individually and together and although I got 'Comfort+' the coasting function didn't work... Also, as a side note, Comfort+ made no discernible difference to my 530d Touring without adaptive sus, as per my expectation. Was I doing something wrong re coasting in comfort? Thanks, fM |

If you have an android device you could try Protool to code. I had the same issues getting into my HU after Full Screen CarPlay was coded remotely.
