Rear speaker questions

Got an 18 530e
Recently got a bunch of dynamat material for cheap and want to use what I can in the car.
To access the speakers below the glass on the ledge at the rear...Do I just pop the covers for the speakers and then unbolt them from the speaker box? As I would like to line that box with dynamat.
It doesn't look easy to get at it, from inside the trunk.
Thanks for any help

Yes use a trim tool to gently pry the covers off. If you go to
The Bavsound site there are probably videos but it really is that easy. I know because I changed my rear speakers.

Ok thanks for the advice and site.
I got all this dynamat and figure it should improve the sound even more.

I made a loop of plastic out of that NON "frustration-free" packaging and slipped it under a corner of the speaker grill then pulled up gently and it came off easy. I had a pry tool but it wasn't thin enough to make quick work of the cover so I improvised.

^^^^
Pretty good tip, cuz it can be made wider and prolly helps pop things better.
I'm just wondering if it is worth putting dynamat in there.
