Today on both of our BMWs (2021 M500 and 2019 X5), from both my phone and my wife's, remote start and other remote services are not working.

When I try to use remote start, I get the following message right away:

"The following restrictions prohibit the execution of Remote Services:

For safety reasons Remote Services are unavailable when in drive-ready mode.

Remote Services can only be executed when the battery is sufficiently charged.

The 'Lock' Remote Service can only be executed when the driver's door is closed."

Anyone else seeing this?

I may suggest signing out on both phone and in-car.

Something, script wise, may of gone wrong and just needs a full reset.

Hi MikeElmendorf, i have the same issue with my brand new X1 which I bought 3 days before.
Did you find any solution?

N - Wow, that was a long time ago. So long ago I really don’t remember, sorry. My best recollection is that it was some sort of system outage at the time that resolved itself.
