Exclamation Sushi Eaters.... BEWARE!

Ffffffffffffffffffffck!

Glad I never have, and never will jack with the stuff. I wouldn't care if it tasted like Bacon covered Ribeye. Uncooked meat particularly seafood is not to be trifled with.

Will still eat sushi on a weekly basis. Probably my favorite food. There's a reason why them Japanese are on the top of the list when it comes to life expectancy even with their excessive smoking and drinking.

Where you get that sushi is a totally different story. No need to bash a delicacy that you have not even tried. Bro give it a go, its seriously some amazing fish.

Not bashing friend. Not at all. I am quite the cook and I've sampled cuisine from all over the globe.
It simply MUST be cooked for me no matter what!

I said I would never eat it and then got into Sushi about 10 years ago during a business dinner (Koi in L.A.), now I can't get enough. But, this proves you have to be very discriminating on where you have it.

They should provide the name of that restaurant, if they're even still open.

For the record, I'm aware of sashimi grade and the flash freezing process required by the FDA.

That could happen anywhere proper food handling guidelines aren't followed...
You no try sushi?!
They do make cooked rolls.
Raw is amazing though, grow a pair and try some.

You'll avoid these issues if you go to reputable restaurants.

I've never had an issue in the 10+ years I've been consuming sushi.

You are aware but still won't try? Bro its seriously one of those things in life that you must try. Please, for the Bimmerpost community, go try it out, take some pics and give us a report of your experience. Also go with a friend that knows his sushi.

i dont phuckk with raw, uncooked or under cooked meat.

I really dont understand how and why people order their steak rare or medium rare. DISGUSTING. I get mine Well done! I want it burnt at times.

Its ok, I don't understand people like you who think that a charred piece of meat that is almost the consistency of jerky is actually a steak.

So live and let live. To me, a steak cannot be cooked more than medium and even that is pushing it. I like medium rare, or rare Chicago style (which is basically blackened on the outer and rare on the inside, nice mix.

But yeah, sushi, have to watch where you go, but if you're going to decent restaurants you shouldn't have a problem. Its quite tasty, I really enjoy getting it whenever I can.
