Bimmercode voids warranty?
Bimmercode seems to offer some nice ambient lighting, but I am concerned that it would void the 4yr/80,000 km warranty. Has anyone tried using Bimmercode and still in warranty?

Yeah I just had some warranty repairs done and got my car back today. No issues with any of my bimmercode coding.

You won't have any issues because BimmerCode doesn't do anything to change the vehicle order file that everything is tied to. You're only editing parameters that are already built-in to the vehicle, not adding new functionality.

Depending on what you change, you could run into an issue if BMW decides to update the firmware on your head unit as an example. Worst case, you would have to recode everything that was lost after the update.
