M sport side badges

I added the M sport side badges and removed the 540i. Love it.

I ordered them direct from my dealer here in LV. I have them on both sides. The parts guy gave me the placement specs. Notice that the badge tilts down 2 degrees to match the body line.

Hi Dcinlv - any chance that you still have those measurements to place the M badges on the fenders? Or I can contact the dealership directly? Thanks.

Those always look so funny to me... how BMW went out of their way to make those Ms smaller. I guess they figured if it is a small M, then the mere mortal BMWs can get away with sporting them.

Have you seen how the normal sized M looks on the side fenders? Unless you have a 7, normal badge is too big

Ok, but I still think that normal 5 can't pull any of the Ms off...

My CTS-V got a huge V next to a vent on the front fender and it looks sick... and only because it was meant to go there, and the car is mean enough to pull it off.

I mean, I've got a tuned M550 running low 11's, I think I can back up the M badge with performance

Well then you get an M, and You get an M, and YOU get an M! Everyone gets an M!

At this rate it already seems like every BMW did anyway.

Hope my 2020 M550i does not arrive with this sh!t on its side.

Funny. My 2019 doesn't have them. Encountered a 3 series the other day who had M's on his hood, his mirrors, his door handles, his windshield....M was all I could see. Thing is, he didn't know I had that one M next to the 550i on the trunk until he couldn't accelerate with me. Now THAT was fun!

I actually removed the M550i badge,I will trade you for your 540i badge if you'd like as I was about to order a 535i badge from eBay...my car won't be as much of a sleeper with the 540i badge as it would be w the 535i but it'll still work
