Is there a seasonality to BMW lease rates?

Low in winter and rising through spring.

I'm sure it's model and model year specific.

You would think the mf would go down as sedan sales continue to slow. I'm seeing some
heavy discounts on the 540's in the Chicago land area. Up to 14% off. Not sure if I want to pull the trigger or wait for the refreshed 2021 with the 382 hp spec B58.

That's big discount, is it pre-incentives? And Is that on stock cars model year 2020?

Production on 2020 model year ends in June. So probably orders in June will be for 2021. Maybe May.

Isn't the lease cash 3250 on the 540? Realized that was just for 19s

Has anyone heard of a similar discount as what Volvo is doing for 1st responders/healthcare workers?

So rebates got worse? Residual stayed the same but MF went down right? Seems to be about even. Wish we could take the pieces we want from every month 😀.

What is a good deal on a 2020 530 courtesy vehicle?

Considering a 2020 530 1800 miles BSM/ Black Dakota, Executive and Luxury packages. $62,860 MSRP.

Quoted $50,841 to purchase outright

Or

36/15k

MF 0.00158

$721.52 per month before taxes

Thoughts on this deal?

Not that great for a loaner. Not sure what the discount is before incentives, but that money factor is marked up to the max. I have a 540 on order at 67k for 525 with only first month DAS

I saw the money factor on the lease was awful plus they didnt discount the car the same for the lease vs the purchase. What were you quoted as far as money factor? Are you ordering a 20 or 21? 67k for 525 is awesome with only 1st month due at signing? Is that 525 for 10, 12, or 15 per year?

Thats precisely the deal I'm shooting for and would prefer a 540 over a 530... just cant find one close to me to pull the trigger on.

Thanks!

Also, more than willing to go elsewhere for the right deal. So if any one has a lead I'd greatly appreciate it.

I locked in at the end of March so .00142. my rebates were better but the mf should make up for that. I got lease cash, loyalty, recent grad, and usaa for a total of 6k. 12.5% off before rebates. 12k miles

That is a great deal. I can never get that much off on a 540xi. I am at 8.6% off MSRP, then around $5230 in rebates.
