Any leads on a smallish m5 type rear spoiler in alpine white for my wives new 530e? Also black exhaust tips? We have the Shadowline trim and m sport package and black Bmw grill already. Thx


Update! Got the oem small one and had it painted looks great. Also I'm ordering the oem black exhaust tips from the guy on this forum.

I have not added one but the 530e exterior is identical to every other 5 series of the same year and trim (MSport/sportline/luxuryline). So whatever spoiler will fit on another 5 series will fit on yours.

I am also in the market for a spoiler for mine as well, also Alpine White. I have seen a few decent looking ones on eBay which is where I got my 3-series spoilers from, if you are ok with replicas.

My biggest debate is do I want to color match the spoiler with the Alpine White, or go with a Gloss Back spoiler to stand out and match the rest of the trim on the car.

on an alpine white, I personally love black accents - fender grills, front grill and trunk spoiler. I have an OEM trunk spoiler in my garage that i never installed as i went with aftermarket CF on mine. go on the BMW accessories site and look for it. It looks like it fits right onto the back of the trunk, not on top, very understated but sporty but you're going to want it to match the body color, it won't look good painted black https://www.shopbmwusa.com/product/5...r--Matte-Black

for the exhaust tips, it's easy. take them off and sand them down with a scotch brite pad, prime and paint with high temp gloss black. I did that and then I lost one of them on the highway - didn't bang it in hard enough. ended up getting an OEM set from ECS tuning I think in gloss black.

I used BMW Betalink Body Panel Adhesive Glue when I did mine. It's a factory glue (grey paste), which is easy enough to use and clean up but takes a while to set (I think 24hrs from memory).
