Hard downshift on lower gears

Hi everyone, i got a used 2017 530i (USA, i think engine B46?) still under warranty. After driving couple weeks i started to realize there's hard downshifts from 3-2 and 2-1. Kind of feels like engine brake... (regardless of driving modes, i primarily used comfort mode)
Does anyone have any experience and thoughts about this?

On side note when starting the car, it shakes for 3 secs until the engine settles down, same shaking when revving a bit (to 3000 rpm) on neutral. I read some posts says its ok, but what do you think?

Thanks in advance!

Do they happen on D mode or M/S mode?

Are they happening when you shift down around 4000 rpm (try to shift down from 3 to 2 manually at 4000rpm while braking)?

It happens on D mode when downshifting below 1500rpm. Tried manual downshift 3-2 and 2-1 on higher RPM it feels ok

Pull the Connected Drive data from the BMW site and look at the error codes - that's what I'd do.

Previous owner may had the car engine/transmission tuned. Or it may be related with low octane level of fuel you are using. That's all I can think of if there is no problem on the hardware

So i got back the cardata log, showing faults:
480AFF, 804801, 8040A9. Googled respective codes: dsc incorrect shift mode, drive readiness error, start-stop button hall effect sensor.

Im not 100% sure what to make of this...

I suggest using https://bmwfault.codes (if you aren't already)

I'd also check the dates that the log is showing - if nothing else, now you have this data to show to the SA (I believe they get a bunch of data when they put your key in the reader, but if nothing else, this shows you're serious)
