Price for used 2020 M550
I'm thinking of trading my 2020 M550 in for an Aston Martin. I can't find a published book value for the car. Any thoughts on what a good trade-in price would be? The car is black w/ ivory interior; 9k miles; full front xpel; fully loaded w/ drivers asst plus pkg; luxury seating pkg (massaging & ventilated seats); premium pkg; parking asst pkg; heated front & rear seats; heated steering wheel; remote parking w/ display key; piano black trim; 668 wheels w/ spare (swapped to all-season performance tires). MSRP was $87k (not including $2k for the xpel).
What would be a good trade-in price? |

First-year depreciation is very bad, like 25% or so. I'd probably expect a mid-to-high 60k offer from a dealer who in turn will try to sell for low-to-mid 70k.

I've found that wholesale pricing (which is typically what you get on trade) is about the same for a one year old and two year old car. It really hurts dumping/trading it that first year.
