This is what my numbskull SA told me also.. Past 3,200 miles and still sqeak like a f*cking castle door.. Taken it in twice, and all they do is slop some gold colored paste all over the brakes that looks like sh*t but does nothing to stop the noise.. Anybody ever find any resolution to their brake problems? I don't care when anybody says about driving patterns or performance brakes, this is NOT normal..

I don't get the "drive harder" responses, since I have about 4500 miles on my 09 (2/09 build), and I never had the squeal until the other day, when it started right as I was slowing to my first complete stop after a long and hard canyon run, with the last 10-15 miles having been extreme downhill switchbacks, etc (lots of intermittent hard braking). Since then I've noticed it from time to time when coming to slow stops.
So, it started immediately after I was doing some very hard driving. |

Our car has been doing it since day 1 and has 1800 miles on it. It only squeals at low speed stops. The dealership told us to just keep driving it to break in the brakes. I think its time to take it in again. Anyone know anymore about the service bulletin?

Ive had the squeal before, with a lot of stop and go traffic. If I take it on the highway and brake hard from triple digit speeds (I'm not advocating it) a few times then get back to "city driving" it goes away and then it eventually comes back but it does cure it for awhile. When it really bothers me I'll just brake normal and use the e-brake right before the car comes to a complete stop to avoid it, I'll probably get rear-ended if I keep that up though.
