Off topic: I had to put a travel roof rack on but didn't exactly get it on correctly, (missing pieces/clamps) my daughters asked me if it would be safe going all the way to Florida, I said I'll "McGiver" it somehow, it'll work

Hours later, they asked what does mcgiver it mean?

Duct tape, string and a battery = bomb my wife told em, the kids with a more confused face

Born in the 80's parents feel old now

I have younger children and in my search for Looney Tunes to educate them on real cartoons, I found that all the newer versions have been stripped of all firearms. They supposedly can use mallets and drop each other from cliffs, but guns are considered too graphic for small children. I would assume someone felt offended with all the gun violence in Looney Tunes and protested to have it removed. Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam now use bats and sticks, I guess. Thanks, whoever you are for ruining something silly and fun.

I don't know if you get MeTV where you are but they run all the old cartoons every weekday morning from 7-8 a.m.
