530e - Random strange noise?
Anyone can help me diagnose this strange noise that happens randomly? I cannot reproduce by braking, accelerating, or cornering. Seems to happen more often while the car is cold. Sounds like some kind of air pressure or valve. Have you ever experienced this? |

Ouch! Get it booked in as soon as you can and show them the video.
Sounds like something grinding against the wheels?

It almost sounds like the rotor is rubbing against something creating a lot of friction, but you'd most likely be able to feel that. Something similar happened on my Escalade and my front passenger rotor and rim had to be replaced.
However, It does almost sound like highly compressed air leaking out or something which is what I'd guess it is since you can't feel it or recreate it. Either way, take it to the dealer and keep us posted.
