You have to send your ecu to Russia. Long process for lci.

9.6 is impressive, but there's a difference between making one fast run and having a reliable car. Not sure I would trust a tune that cuts 1.5 seconds (into mid 9s) off the 1/4 unless otherwise heavily modified - which then would be a totally different story.

Car is prejune 2020.

I'm just curious to see what they'll do with downpipe e30 n stg2. I might have to do it to find out lol

So weird, mine is too. I’ve been told it needs to be cracked though I’m 7/19. Perhaps an update took place somewhere along the way that locked it down. I submitted my ECU ID to BM3 to make sure. Lord this really makes me wanna unlock it though.

I doubt he's 700. The 2022 above, bone stock, has a 123 trap speed. OP is probably low-mid 600's hp.

The 2020's have the hardened internals too, so they are built to handle power.

Maybe close to it at the crank. Wheels might crack 600awhp.
RKtuned with downpipes stg2 made 640-650whp/ 670-80wtq.

2020s are definitely rolling up top. It did roll around a stock m5comp pretty easily.

Your dealer definitely updated you to Idrive 7. If I'm right, and locked your ecu. My first time at the dealer for oil change was my last. I told them don't update it.

Yeah I'm talking engine horse power rather than wheels. There's a 2020 trapping 131.5 on dragy that claims stock bar software on 93 fuel.

If we want to know the life span of these TU3's, watch the guys doing pulls at that state of tune on pump fuel.

If they hold for the next couple of years happy days

Dragy is, but I question the accuracy sometimes and I also don't like the idea of having to do 1/4 mile runs on the street

On dragy someone did 10.6 with 2018 I'm sure he's downpipe E and maybe other things done. But it's easily possible.
Anything that's doing high 10s at 130 with tune only is just scratching the surface.

It's pretty accurate. They have been tested for years against actual drag times.
