The Laserlights is a NO for United States. it's still questionable if ID7 is included or not, there's zero mention of it at this point... the new Dash and the engine are confirmed via pictures and European official BMW sites (like UK & Sweden). I think some are assuming ID7 is part of the new dash, which might be right, but again, it's not confirmed as far as I have found.

maybe they're not saying anything at this time due to the long list of lingering issues with iDrive 7. Lol. BTW, I'm also expecting to see the B58M1 engine in the 540 for 2020. Same engine in the 2020 740 and other models.

Would imagine laser light for 5 series is an easy thing, just detuned for US like other model...

As they basically just saying 'people willing to get an M5 are more willing to make more emotional decisions in other areas'? |

Then there's long term running cost which is higher on the M5. i.e. compare the cost of a brake job. This impacts the second hand market significantly, along with just fewer buyers in general who even know the difference (or care) between an M5 and M550.

Not until they work out the kinks in that V8
Nice - but chipped I can beat that in my 2016 550i MSport Xdrive. Not that I'm bashing it - not at all. I wouldn't invest in a new car like this with all the unknowns on the engine. God only knows how many issues we had w/ the F10 series for years before BMW fixed "some" of them. No, I will wait. Damn nice car though.
