I had tires mounted and balanced yesterday and set at 40 psi. I come out to get in my car today and both tires are flat.

Is anyone running 265/30's on a 10.5" wheel?

I done recall them using sealer around the bead, Is there any special sealer that needs to be used on stretched tires? any tricks I dont know about?

advice, thoughts?

Ive run a 235/35/19 on a 19x10.5 and a 265/30 on the same rims, neither were a problem. Did some Newb mount the tires and crack both beads? if so the tire shop owes you rubber.

ran 235 and 265 on a 10.5 as well for 3-4 years with no issues, leaky valve stem seal or possibly hole in tire?

I filled them back up today and they held air. When i set the car back down I could hear the air leaking out between the tire and the rim. The tire shop did not use any sealer in between there. Im going to have them use sealer and try it again.

What condition are your tires? locate the leak with a spray bottle of water. 265 on a 10.5 is a super baby stretch.

There is no such thing as a sealer around the tire. Its either the rim itself has a pinhole leak, the bead of the tire is not sealed properly, or your valve stem is leaking. I would bring it back to the tire shop as soon as you can.

got the same on pirelli p zero nero 235/30/20 on 8.5 rim

both wheels leak air between rim and tire.

Rim ant tires are new.

At the back I have 255/30 conti on same 8.5x20 and no leak

sometimes stretch goes bad, i think it depends on compatibility of tire with rim

235 on a 8.5 is not considered stretch

If its leaking air between the rim and the tire, and the rim isn't bent - I would say its not beaded correctly, or the Tire guy broke the bead and the tires will never mount up no matter how much glue you but on them.

+1, you can try to get them to reseat the tire and have them use more of that tire lube when doing so. and you can also have them try applying bead sealer on the tire bead to help the tire seal better against the wheel.
