Film on alloy wheel?

That's fantastic if they follow through with that. You would never get that kind of response from a GM, Dodge or Ford product. The acronym would be SOL.

Yeah, it might turn out that they refuse but the dealer presumably wouldn't bother if they didn't think it'd get sorted.
