I feel sad for some reason. I have 10K miles on my what feels like new car. Got it with maybe 6 miles on odometer back in April of 2019. Car still feels new to me, smells new, looks new. I was taking my daughter to the fair over the weekend and took a pic of the 9999 miles. Dont know why but it makes me a little bit sad I keep thinking its brand new, I treat it that way but 10K miles.....

I just hit 30,000 on mine. Except for cracked windshield, it still looks brand new.

I got my 2019 M550i xDrive brand new back in May last year. So far I've managed to put barely 1,600 miles on it. Not going to be driving it much in winter now till March. At this pace, the car will remain "like new" for many years. The car is in the garage, the battery is kept charged using CTEK, and I had engine oil and filter changed at 400 miles already, just as a post fabrication flush. I like my cars to feel new......can't help it

AD, you've got a friend here.
I have perhaps one advantage.....I am retired, with another vehicle at my disposal, so this BMW is strictly a toy, driving it only when I can enjoy the ride, without having to fight traffic congestion, and avoid plowing through snow banks or salt laden road slush in winter.

Well, I took delivery of my brand new fully-loaded 2018 540i xDrive M-Sport in late Fall of 2018. The car has only 435 miles on the clock at this point, as I have driven my vehicle no more than ten times since the delivery. The car was fully detailed (exterior/interior) since the 2nd day of my ownership as I like to keep my vehicle clean and fresh. My car is kept in the garage most of the time and during winter months, the car is stored in a climate controlled storage. Hopefully, I don't have any issues of not driving my vehicle down the lane.

Even my local service department was a bit surprised with such low mileage during my scheduled oil change (which was done at 396 miles). Interestingly, the service department has noted this in their system. Anyways, I told them that I have two other vehicles as my daily drivers and that's why my car has very low mileage.

I do not think you can be beat with that sort of low miles. However, I think there is some merit in driving the car past the breakdown miles for two reasons. First, any breakdown limits on speed and RPM are lifted, therefore one can enjoy the vehicle to its full capability. Second, if there are any "factory-built" latent defects in the engine/transmission, they are more likely to surface early if the car is not babied.

Got mine in Sept of 2018. 26K and climbing on the odometer. Don't know how you can not drive this car!

I've had my 540i now for 25 months and it only has 14k miles. Still feels and drives like a brand new car to me.

I'm a little sad that BMW is still selling that hybrid instrument cluster... I thought they did away with that?

It was removed in MY2020. Some users like the change and some hate the change. As is life.

Coming from F10 M5 I was pleased with it until I saw the full digital a couple days later it is kind of strange they have the half one like I got.

Nearing 25k on my 2018 540i xDrive M Sport. Still feels and drives like a brand-new car. And it still brings a smile to my face every time I take it into the twisties....

I often take 400 mile trips down the East Coast. It is just an absolutely wonderful cruiser for these trips, eats up miles like they're nothing. You can easily do 100 mph all day long in this car (although I wouldn't recommend it in the States). It feels perfectly planted and solid all the time.

Haha my buddy got his 12 days ago and has 1100 miles already. Saw him this morning and asked if he felt guilty! Yes as everyone said, my car feels and looks brand new. Even the tires still have 7/32nds thread left?? On my last M5 I was getting 4-6k on rear tires

Wow. No offense, but that car must be crying in your garage every night. BMWs are made to be driven.

Some very low mileage users on here... I thought my annual mileage is low at ~8,000 a year.

To think there are users on here driving their new BMW up to 6,000 miles in six weeks.

I only do 10,000 miles a year. I guess it depends on where you live. My job is 10 miles from my house.
