Actually they told me it had nothing to do with the bumper replacement which was the first thing I asked. The never had to take it back off according to the notes. The active shutters have always worked, so I'm not even sure what this "top air flap control" is. I forgot to mention that when I dropped her off there was some clicking sound coming out of the engine bay when she woke prior to starting her. I'll find out more tomorrow when I go pick her up. Thanks.

The issue was the active shutters. My service advisor confirmed that the warranty will be extended to 150,000 miles on these when my current vehicle warranty expires, although that is not official yet.
