Exclamation 2020 Ferrari F8 Tributo

This quite possibly is THE sexiest Ferrari to date! Yes, the LaFerrari is the epitome of this Italian made vehicle. But I would argue that this Tributo is more attractive all around and also very capable with it's 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 tuned to deliver 710 horsepower and 568 pound-feet of torque, which is the highest output of any Ferrari V-8, and all of this is sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Performance: 0-62 mph time of 2.9 seconds, a 0-124 mph time of 7.8 seconds, and a top speed of 211 mph.

I'd say that's pretty far from the sexiest Ferrari, but we all get opinions for free.

I'd argue that since Pininfarina stopped designing Ferraris, they haven't made a great looking car.

That is nearly 200hp per liter. That is just insane. Performance these days on high end cars is just staggering.

I don't think it is the sexiest Ferrari either, but that is 100% subjective opinion from anyone, so anyone is allowed to think or not think that.

Lovely car, none the less, and I certainly wouldn't mind owning one.

Doesn't matter - that figure is still mind blowing. The crazy thing is it isn't even that unusual of a number. There are something like a dozen cars that you can buy today with figures approaching 200hp per liter.

Amazing times.

Of all the supercars out there, this is the only car that I can honestly say I'd sell my kidneys for. I really don't care for anything from McLaren.

They sure did! Sure... The 458 was nice. The 488 much nicer. But this MF right here folks... Another level of hotness in every aspect of the design!

Beautiful car, can't wait to see how the Z06/ZR-1 will compare to it for a fraction of the cost.

Well, irrespective of ultimate performance, I really liked the Ferrari - so I bought one instead of a Corvette.

Which one did you decide to buy?

Such a gorgeous machine, it's nice to see what humans can create when we're not killing each other.

Your overt sentimentality is ruining this thread lols. This thread is purely about car and sex.

The Romans probably killed more than Hitler :-) Ferrari > M3

I don't know, for non N/A engine I'm just not as impressed, of course given the current regulation (and I assume Ferrari wants no turbo lag) I guess 200hp/liter is a still a hard number to achieve...

Sorry, didn't mean to trigger anyone with my comment. Just genuinely interested in seeing how the new Corvette will compare numbers-wise.

200hp isn't anything special. The CLA45 AMG puts out like 390hp from a 2.0 liter turbo.

I'm not too impressed with the F8. Ferrari is basically reselling you another 488. The chassis has been around for 10 years now starting with the 458. They just dress it up different. The 488 / Pista / and F8 all have the same motor. Throw a tune on your standard 488 and its blowing the F8 away... just a tune and downpipe will have you at over 800 crank hp easy.

CLA AMG45: 187.5hp per liter

Ferrari F8: 182.1hp per liter

I'd call those rather close.

The 812 Superfast I followed in the Dolomites this weekend looked pretty good. Better than the car in the OP IMO.

yeah i'm just saying its nothing special if a $50k Mercedes can do it. There are plenty of F80s here with a tune and downpipe making over 600 crank hp out of a 3.0 liter motor

Recently, I was at Ferrari of Seattle....they provide drool-bibs at the door....I offered to trade my beloved Red Roadster for the 488 Pista....it didn't work out real well.
