Just ordered a set of Race Ramps, 56" long two piece. Considered cheaper ones, but the shallow angle, light weight and made in USA sealed the deal.
Yesterday I almost talked myself into the QuickJack. Home Depot had a sale, plus 10% military discount...woke up this morning planning on ordering, but the sale had ended at midnight. That was enough to get me to settle for the ramps.

kind of ghetto but I just used some deck boards to step up to a ordinary set off auto parts store ramps on my M550ix it's pretty tight under the car but I can reach the oil filter/drain plug. My quick jacks won't fit as they are too short.

I have the two-piece Race Ramps and have used them on several cars now. No complaints other than their price.

My understanding is that the jack point spread on the M550 is almost 70 inch and 5000 TLX will only span to 66 inch. I bought the 7000TL last year which covers upto 60 inch spread, add the QJ extension to it and it will take it to 66 inch but that is still not good for the M550.

I actually bought it for my Viper. The M550i came after. I’ve used it on the Viper, jaguar F pace, Lexus RX 350. The RX 350 is a freaking tank and it’s huge, worked no problem

So ,, the QJ (5000 TLX or 7000TL) does not work for the M5550,, or have you figured out a custom extension that works for your M550. I know some folks on the Porsche boards have come up with customized extension solutions!

I haven’t used it on the M550i yet. I’ll have to take a look tomorrow at the situation. I didn’t think it was anything special, but I’ll look at the jacking points. I have race ramps to do Standard Oil changes. I would use the easy jack if I were to fiddle with the exhaust or something like that. I don’t need it to rotate tires because of my staggered set up… so I really don’t need the qwick jack. Let me get back to you tomorrow

I have a quickjack I used on a 2012 Shelby GT500. It does not fit my M550i (2023) as it is about 3 inches short on all corners. It is the extended length quickjack bought about 7 years ago.
I’m going sell it and was thinking of replacing with a new quickjack. Antone have the correct model that works on a 2023 M550i?

I do have race ramps as a back up.

Yeah, I just verified the quick jack 5000 TLX won't work on the M550i as the jacking points are at specific locations and are too far apart.

I won't be buying another to fit the M550i..I have a 10 year warranty and never really want to work on it anyway. I'll use the old jack and jack stands or ramps if needed.

I measured jack point to jack point. I got 72.5" from center to center. You'll need the 6000ELX.

IMO These things got wildly expensive. I bought mine a few years ago for $750 delivered. Bidenomics.

Wow, I just got the autozone rhino ramps, good enough for the rare times I need them and only like $80. they clear just fine with how low my car is with the m pro suspension...crazy that people are paying hundreds for G30 ramps...

My M550i with the front spoiler wouldn't allow me to use my regular ramps to drive directly onto them, but I would simply jack the car up and place the ramp under the tire and then do the same on the opposite side.
