Oh I know. Even after exchange, those Montecristo No.2 are about $18/per, whereas buying one here is at least $33 or so. Almost double the price.

Used it for first day of major driving today (160 miles round trip) and have to say I was disappointed in the range for the one time it picked up something real. Maybe I encountered a trooper just flipping on his Ka or something but I was right up on him before it went off. Fortunately I wasn’t going that fast and Waze alerted me so I slowed down even more so no harm done. Also doesn’t seem as good as the old 9500ix at filtering false K alerts so I might just turn off K band detection. Another major day of driving on Thursday so we’ll see how that goes.

If you are within you return period and aren't happy still, I would recommend an Escort brand. I also used to have the 9500 and now the Passport Max which is now a few years old.

Rogue Ohio Power Bar & 265lbs of plates to start. Will order more plates once I order a Monster Lite rack in the coming months.

- Segway ES2 with extra battery pack: 18mph and around 20 miles on a charge, FWD

- Ecoreco L5+: 25mph and 20-30 miles on a charge, RWD

Those things are pretty fun if you live in the city. My commute is 1.6 miles and it takes me literally 10 minutes to get to work.

I am going to give it more time before considering a return and hope it isn't necessary to do so. If I return it I'd likely just go back to the 9500 I already have. I definitely like the size, weight and price of the Uniden so hoping that one encounter yesterday was not the norm and it delivers the range I expect.

so crazy new addiction of mine but ever since moving into our new house 2 years ago I've been learning everything about lawns and chit! got the Husquvarna riding mower and I love it now i'm learning about striping so I couldn't believe these companies want $400+ for striping kits and once I found out how it's made and what it's comprised of i'm building my own for about $120

Here's what a striping kit for those who don't know or care lol

here's the wheels I ordered $6 each (need 11)

and than just a bunch of Super Struts and hardware and woolah...here's what I should end up with

and for the Bio Stimulants Craze I've been seeing a lot lately on YouTube and forums i picked up these 2 2.5 gallons Humic 12 and RGS from "The Lawn Care Nut" Allyn Hayne

I know...I know...I must be getting old if chit like this is what i'm looking forward to the Weekends

working out great as I used it early spring to aerate and dethatch the lawn. with the striping the only stripes I see are just the tires. I want a solid stripe across hopefully 42" wide. so it'll look like this

Hahaha, that'll makes it more easier to abuse all lawn-violators at entering your striped section: Get off that 4th strip counted from my door - NOW!

Nah, you’ll know you’re getting old when you stop looking forward to it.

Got them from Nike on release day through the SNKRS app. They sold out within minutes online, and the app was a raffle
