530e - Change trim around electrical window panels

Hi,

My plastic trim around the panel for the windows is miscoloured and I would like to change them to black. How do I remove them?

I want to change all 4 of them.

Same thing happened with my gf 540i. I found this on eBay and where super easy to install. They fit and look good!
