I had a pain in the ass trying to find a compatible more agressive styled rear diffuser for my Remus. I gave up and Just fitted the 550i one I'll wrap it gloss black soon to match the other gloss black trim. The opening needs to be more rectangular in shape than most companies offer.

I was told by this manufacturer that it’ll fit both my LCI 550i AND Remus CF tips:

https://jl-motoring.com/collections/...-rear-diffuser

But I’ve also been reading absolute horror stories about this companies customer service so who knows if it’s even really worth trying to get a part from them…

I'm in the same dilemma with my 540.

I ordered the 101mm tips from Ali Express to mount to my Remus catback using a G30-M5 diffuser and it did not fit properly. The 2 101mm were too big to fit properly.

Back to the drawing board i ordered both an 89mm tip and a 93mm tip to see which would fit best.

Fingers crossed!

Update.....

I had the "outer" edges of the quad diffuser on my G30 M5 style diffuser trimmed and it was ample enough to fit the outer tips (Quad exhaust).

If it helps or is any consolation, my diffuser has similar measurements (top, middle and bottom) and I thought for sure the Dinan 4" quads were going to have trouble fitting and they fit perfectly.

So I’ve been actively searching for a new diffuser before my Remus catback exhaust lands. I’ve emailed numerous parts distributors trying to ensure fitment prior to install. My tips are 4” each (102mm) and I’ve been told that I need a 10” opening in diffuser to fit these tips. My preference is an aggressive looking m5 style type diffuser.

The problem is that a lot of these companies are foreign and have either not understood my question or just not being willing to open the package to measure.

Can anyone help provide links to diffusers that have known measurements for or that are installed with Remus CF tips (or comparable sizes tips).

Several of these companies have given very unhelpful answers or refuse to do returns in the event of fitment issues. I just want to have a new diffuser ready to go that will fit so I can slap it on when I install the new exhaust.
My Remus exhaust got delayed until mid November… what about you???

Yeah sucks. I’m willing to wait. The price through xph is cheaper than other vendors so I’m keeping the order but changing the tips to black chrome angled lol

They all drop ship from Remus. No one has stock except Remus. I learned this through my Dinan purchase. No one really has it in their stock, they simply get a discount from Remus to sell it and then they simply place the order with them.

My catback Remus took about 3 months or so to ship. I ordered thru Extreme Power House and sounds awesome.

I ordered the full Remus catback piping along with the axleback and tips from autotalent. They had the tips and catback in stock which i received within about 2 weeks and the actual axleback shipped from Remus, took about 7 weeks from purchase date in June. Wasnt too bad compared to some of these long wait times Ive seen.

Use my discount code on autotalent if ordering!

The filtering sucks on that site. In the search bar, just put "Remus G30".
