10 days to go here as well, but the website hasn't updated for me yet. The 800 number switched over yesterday. Two SO cars delivered on the same day? Hope the delivery guys don't get confused!

Any of you ED guys planning on doing the rear fog lights mod?

Just wondering since it would be easy to get the euro spec switch while you are over there instead of retrofitting something. I am asking because I am interested in getting one and missed my opportunity while over there.

Nope, I want it for tail haters ... Lol

Actually I am more interested in the light it provides backing up. Some areas out here are pretty dark and then add in the tints.
I can't properly back up over the person I just hit to make sure the job is done!

It's two parts the coding and the button. I want the euro switch for a nice clean install but as someone posted above it can be rigged.

Let me know if you decide to do it. I'm hoping someone will pick up an extra switch and I can PayPal some fund over to get me one.

Part number is 9192744 - here is what it looks like. I would suspect that you would need to go to BMW dealer.

Me too and actually you are missing 2 buttons. The m3/M4 does not come with front fog lights either.

BMW Dealer right up the road from the Welt:

BMW Niederlassung Muenchen
Frankfurter Ring 35

I suggest you email them in advance of your trip there so they can get it if needed. Then just go and pick it up.

Nope, best bet is to email them. Or you could call a local dealer, ask for the parts department, and then give them the PN for the cost.

Probably better off ordering it stateside anyways - by the time you get the car back your part will be here.

On my last day of ED! Just got back in to Munich to drop off the car after my factory tour. The wait is going to kill me until she arrives home :O but I can't wait to post pics/log my trip in a thread!

FINALLY!!!! production has begun. 20 days till we get on the plane..22 days till pickup. Finishing touches being put on the itinerary.

And a pic from last weekend of my daily driver until the M4 gets here, or the weather gets too bad and i have to revert to the old 4runner.
