Steering Wheel Trim Swap

Hey guys, just did a steering wheel trim swap from the aluminum to the M performance Carbon Fiber on my 22 M550.

I have the heated steering wheel option but no driver assistance. Took a lot of digging/research and help from BMWPartPros.com to get the right part number (32-30-2459-671), the install took me a minute too but it turned out fireeeee. Cockpit really pops now!

Lmk if anyone is thinking about this and needs more info or has questions!

Selling my old one, PM if interested

Thank you! From BMWpartspros.com, it’s an OEM warehouse!

That's gorgeous! Does it interfere with Driver Assistance? I don't see anything in the writeup about that.

No sirrrr, it's just a trim swap, no buttons removed. Driver assistance trim piece has an extended cutout above the buttons for the lighting mechanism.

Swapped out the paddle shifters for OEM Carbon fiber ones too!
