Full set of 18" rims. Squared.

Center caps included. I don't know the model # but hopefully someone on this forum will.

Excellent condition - no bends, cracks and some very slight curb rash.

Tires have been removed.

Asking $700 plus shipping. Will consider reasonable offers.
