I presently have a Burger Tuning Intake and just ordered a MST intake from ML Performance for a great price. Is there anyone using a MTS intake and if so how do you like it? Has anyone ordered from ML Performance before and if so how was your experience? I'm switching because I prefer a closed intake due to less heat around the air filter. What are your thoughts?

I switched from BMS to MST but I used the BMS filter. I cant really tell a different honestly but the sound is louder imo. I did like the cleaner and enclosed look of the MST. BMS filter is bigger than MST filter and from what ive heard, its better.

I only know of them because many customers ask us to price match. We usually price them, and the customers get the item from us.

Im not familiar with their support, but it seems they work by listing items below the approved price to try and "take" sales.

The manufacturer sets the price, and the dealers cannot list the product for a lower amount. What happens in private messaging or on the phone is a different story.

By going below the price, you are either risking being dropped as an authorized dealer, or you are not an authorized dealer, and you get your items from a third party.

By the way, in most cases, unknowingly to the customer, they jump on the low price listed, thinking it's a great deal, not knowing that had they shopped around, they could have gotten a better deal.

I have the MST intake, I noticed maybe 1 or 2 degrees difference at most in IATs with it fitted, it offers lots of intake noises and looks a bit cleaner than on open cone setup and also works with an upgraded turbo which is nice! i bought it from MLPerformance and plenty of other stuff over the years, they are based in UK though, surely you have a more local supplier source seeing as you are in the US?

Most US suppliers were out of stock and/or couldn't order the product.

Good question...I assumed from the US because it was free shipping within the US and when I placed the order there was no mention of a back order. I will call and follow up.

I got a email saying they are currently out of stock and not expecting shipping for 6-7 weeks. This was not stated when I ordered. I cancelled the order.

We have a big MST shipment on order, once its delivered to us, i will let you guys know
