Only change I noticed when my car was updated was a slight change in the graphics on the instrument cluster where the fuel consumption bar is and the symbol to ask you to put your hands back on the steering wheel when using lane assistance is a larger yellow steering wheel on both the instrument cluster and in the HUD. Not noticed anything else.

Having issues with a new iPod Touch 128gb not working well with my 2018 540 (or 2016 X5). The 32gb Touch I have (both are 6th gen) works fine. New one on both iOS 11 and 12 is laggy and doesn’t always display artwork. The 32gb one is on iOS 10. I never updated it because it works perfectly, which it turns out may have been smart. Not sure if it is the newer version of iOS or the larger capacity that is causing the hiccups. Thought the iDrive Bluetooth/USB update might help. |
