Question about PDC/Park assist

I have 12 sensors (6 front and 6 rear). But i see that usually they only 8 (4 front / 4 rear). Does it mean that I have some additional features? Usually when it have 12 sensors it mean that car should have Park assist? But I dont have it while checking in mdecoder.com option list. (S5DM I assume)
