Hi guys, I have done slight mods to my car and I wanted to ask what should I do to get rid of weird sound in exhaust system which sounds like kind of droning inside and makes whistle noises… I will put the link to the videos below…

This the sound of straight pipe life unfortunately. I had it on an old Ford a few years back with a muffler delete and think thickness metal used for the pipework can cause this. Check all the welds and clamps are good stop and nothing loose with the tips

the guy who did the exhaust to me told me your turbo pressure is so high you will need back pressure to kill the drone with some sort of sports resonators

Why do you want your lovely refined hybrid BMW to sound like that? Does it not get annoying on a long journey?

it is very quiet cruising around even while driving 120kmh it feels like there is no exhaust modifications at all for me and im kinda surprised. but once you floor it oh yeah not only you but 6 cars behind can hear it aswell 😄

Interested if anyone else has an exhaust setup for a 530E. Brand, pictures, axle back, cat-back and sound experience etc.
