Exhaust valve fuse blown

Hey guys, I’m new in the forum, glad to be here. I hope somebody can help with issue I have.
I recently modify my M550 exhaust deleting the rear resonator only and replaced with x-pipe, also replace the original tips by 4 round tips. In order to do this last thing I had to relocate ( by welding) the exhaust valves. After this the valves fuse start to blown frequently. It doesent blown immediately, valve works ok for 2-3 days ( with use) and then blow the fuse (7.5A). Wires of the valves looks ok. I don’t know were else to look. Thanks
