I'm SUPPOSED to get my ride back tomorrow, so I SHOULD be there... but then I guess I need to know where the hell it's going tobe! lol

Guys,
It's going to be a busy weekend for most of the 545/550 peeps. Everyone it would seem has a Halloween party to go to Saturday night. They will be unavailable during the day as well. Some, ahem (me) have to take g/f to get makeup done and others are running around for their costumes.

Sunday will be a recovery day for everyone from the night before and of course there is football to watch.

Can we reschedule for next weekend? That way ///Matt will definitely have his car back. I'm targeting Saturday 11/4/06. What do you guy want to do? Usually, we do either launches with a G-Meter or highway runs. It's difficult to do both on the same day.

Highway runs = two or three cars line up side-by-side on the highway at a pre-determined speed. On the third honk all the cars accelerate as quickly as possible to get up to an agreed upon speed where whoever gets to it first shuts down and then eveyone else following suit.

Here's an example: All cars are rolling at 20 mph. On the third honk, everyone accelerates to get to 60 mph. Whomever gets to 60 first wins and shuts down and everyone else shuting down as well.

Word is that the new 335 is an absolute monster from a roll (like the example above) and should win out every time. Only way to find out is to do some highway runs.

a. Launches. Use G-Meter to record 0 - 60 & 1/4 mile times.

b. Highway runs. Line up on the highway and sprint to a pre-determined speed. Car that reaches speed first is winner.

Cannot do both. It takes a lot of time just to do one. Let me know.
