It's interesting to see the lease price ranges though, some people didn't negotiate very well!

Seems like a lot of the leases are right in that monthly payment range. Wondering why there are so many with 36 months left on a 36 month lease. But couldn't you just get about the same thing for that same payment brand new?

Depends on the incentives, I told the dealer what I wanted to pay with tax and they came back two cents higher. Some of those lease prices are getting more towards the M550 range.

Those 36 mos listings are all dealer ads. The lease transfer sites are full of unrealistically low lease offers from dealers. Select "lease transfer" in the search settings to see just retail customer listings.

It would be nice of OP took time to list all the options in the car and perhaps even the MSRP. However 530i for the monthly price suggested it wasn't a good negotiation. GLWS. Also OP don't spam too much with your ad and list in appropriate section.
