Aside from seeing what's current on B-ling's website, you might try the GMSes to see what NOS options exist. Tourneau is a very good place to buy high quality and authentic pre-owned watches as well as new ones. Ditto Topper. Pacific Bay is another retailers you may want to consider.

All the usual suspects for GM watches are also worth checking not only for the NOS items suggested above, but also for more reasonable pricing on new models.

Knowing nothing about what you have in mind -- mechanical, quartz, round, square, gold, steel, complicated or not, etc. -- it's all but impossible to suggest something that would be a likely good suggestion.

All the best.

as far as I know i believe theres only 1 or 2 ladies watches that breitling makes. that at least makes your decision making easy.

I know Macys started displaying Breitling watches. comes with the warranty and stuff. You can also go to a jeweler and buy one. You can get a better discount as long as its a reputable jeweler.

im a jeweler, i sell breitling watches. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you go on Breitlingsource.com, there is a guy on the forums who is selling is wife's watch. The guy is fanatical about his watches, and its a great piece at a great deal.
