Long(ish) Term Dinan Review (550 Only)
I searched, but didn't find any meaningful reviews. I apologized there are any that I missed.
Looking for any insight from 550 drivers that have had the Dinan Stage 1 on for a while. For this car I want to stay on the tamer side of the fence, and now I have a different main priority. I was wondering how the piggyback affected the smoothness of the car. Is there any jerkiness to the throttle as opposed to stock? I cannot imagine the modest gains are terribly noticeable, but that's okay. Just looking for something slightly stronger. Thanks for any information. |

The S1 tune for M550 has only been on the market for a little over a month now I believe, so its likely there wont be any 'long-term' reviews on it (if any reviews at all...other than the media\youtube reviews). As far as piggyback tunes, I can only speak on the jb4 on my previous f10 m5; there was a significant (and very noticeable) gain in power...they do pretty good IMO (flash\bench tunes will always be superior of course...more responsive and smoother). My S1 tune for 550 will be arriving tomorrow...would be happy to report back with my review in a few weeks! |

EDIT:— I did think it was out for a few months already. My mistake. |

That would be great. Also very interested in pre and post dyno numbers if anyone elects to do so.
