2018 540i coolant issues gone bad / am I getting ripped off?

It started with the famous "low coolant" warning. Got it checked out, they said it was a leaking radiator and hose. I get a call saying the car started smoking and leaking again, and that its now the thermostat housing. I'm at the 60k mile mark, getting quoted at $2300 for the total fix. Does this seem right / am I getting ripped off? No one else's coolant problems seem to have gone this far.

Did you get it fixed? do you know which exactly part that`s failed?
