Is your fitting of the painted front splitter this shitty?

This is pre-install, does it get better or is this pretty crappy fitting? It doesn't even mold around the foglights. Will installing with betalink fix the problem and make it look flush? It doesn't even line up with the lines on the bumper.

sorry for the crappy cell phone picture but you can see where towards the end of the bumper, it's just horrible.

Did you get it from carking? Unfortunately they are all like that.Mines not that bad.you need to put some more tape on the side part, do not betalink it.I dont think those splitters are worthy of being on the car permanently.my .02 anyway. You can probably get it on better than that though. You might have to take it off, remove all tape and apply new tape.Get the bumper clean and then wet it a little with a solution of half windex and half water so you can get it into position. It will dry very fast so be quick. This is what I did and they look as good as they can.

i got it from JLeviSW.com

they claimed fitment is guaranteed and "adhesive included" which meant they sent a tube of crappy white caulk.

all of those companies use the same mold.Which is why they all have the same problems.Do what I said and you will be happier with the results.

will give it a shot once i get the car back. it's still at the shop for a fuel pump. I don't have that much time in the day to bother with it, I think i may just drop it off at a local body shop and have them install it properly.

I don't think any of the replicas are perfect fit. And since the polyurethane is thicker than CF, it is more noticeable.

Here is the gap I have on mine with my splitters from CarKing.
